I am Amanda Firoved, PhD, MOT, OTR/L, CLT, an occupational therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience providing services across the lifespan through both direct care and indirect care models. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, supported by my experience as a research manager in an orthopedic clinical setting, where I contributed to integrating research into patient care. I specialize in functional skill development, sensory processing, and environmental adaptations to support independence in daily routines.

I have extensive experience in ISP and interdisciplinary settings, collaborating with medical professionals, caregivers, and support teams to implement practical, effective strategies that promote carryover, independence, and meaningful, long-term outcomes.
