Lesley Anne duCille

Lesley Anne duCille is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and Virginia Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LaBA) with a background in special education, psychology, and music. Her experience spans working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular interest in executive functioning, skill development, and individualized, person-centered support.

She enjoys collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop practical strategies that foster meaningful growth and independence.

Lesley Anne has been playing the violin for over 27 years. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, exploring nature, and finding creative ways to connect music and behavioral science.
