As a behavior analyst, he specializes in reducing problem behavior and increasing functional alternative behaviors in individuals ranging from eighteen months through adulthood.

His experience spans group home, day support, and residential settings, working with children, adolescents, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ID/IDD. He places a strong emphasis on parent and staff training to ensure consistent, person-centered support across environments.
